  1. From the dashboard you can:
    • view your orders, reward points, addresses, payment methods, and account details
    • opt out of the Rewards Points Program
      • you can do so by unchecking the box from the dashboard
    • log out
  2. Your avatar is randomly generated and cannot be changed
  3. In account details you can change your display name
    • we will be adding product review feature at a later date
    • when you leave a product review, your display name will be visible
  1. Reward Points system is designed to give you 3% back in points
  2. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
  3. Points earned can be in 2 decimal places
    • example: $15.99 spent = 15.99 points earned
  4. We do offer Reward Points from purchases on 3rd party marketplaces as a thank you for buying from us
    • The points conversion rate for purchases from 3rd party marketplaces is 0.25 points for every $1 spent
    • Send us an email with your order number(s) and the name of the marketplace(s) to request for points to be deposited to your account*
      • *must be a registered member on this site and in good standing
      • *this is a manual process and could take up to 5 business days to be reviewed
  5. Ways to earn points:
    • account creation = 50 bonus points
    • placing orders = 1 point for every $1 spent
    • placing your first order = 25 bonus points
    • birthdays = 150 bonus points (enter your DOB in Account Details under My Account if you did not at account registration)
      • if your birthday was within a reasonable amount of time before account creation, contact us so we can deposit the points to your account so you don’t have to wait a whole year for the next bonus points
    • *this list will be updated as we add more ways to earn points
  6. Points can be redeemed at the cart level and checkout details screen
    • at the cart level, point redemption field is below the item table
    • at the checkout details screen, click the Redeem It above billing details
  7. Points can be redeemed with decimal places
    • example: redemption of 39.45 points is allowed
    • system may round up during redemption due to redemption formula
  8. Redemption formula is set at 100 points = $3
  9. System will not let you over-redeem so you won’t accidently lose points
  10. To check your points, go to My Account page and then Reward Points
  11. To opt out of earning points, uncheck the box in your Dashboard in My Account
  12. To opt back in to the Reward Points Program, check the same box
    • this is helpful if you opted out during account creation
  13. If you made a purchase as a guest and later decided to create an account, points can be retroactively deposited
    • contact us and we’ll deposit the points to your account from previous orders
    • this is a manual process and could take up to 5 business days to be reviewed and processed
  14. Points do not expire
  15. Reward Points table uses the day-month-year format

To prevent spam, we turned off email reminders & notifications for Reward Points program.

  1. $7.99 flat rate shipping for all orders;
  2. We currently only ship within the territories of United States of America (Alaska & Hawaii included);
  3. Additional shipping features will be added at a later date for card singles.

This optional service is $12 and will do the following:

  1. Moves your order to the top of the list for quicker processing.
  2. Upgrade your shipping speed to Expedited (Priority) Shipping with USPS.
    1. Priority shipping speed = 3-5 business days instead of 5-8 days from standard shipping.

These are the current payment methods accepted.

Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo and other methods are being reviewed to be implemented at a later date.

We currently do not collect taxes on sales except for orders going to addresses in Washington State, where we have a nexus.*

*This is subject to change if we gain nexus in other states.

We do not offer price matching.

  1. Pre-sales (pre-orders) may be canceled:
    • There will be a 6% fee for cancelation
    • May only be canceled if the request is at least 7 days before release date
  2. Pre-order items cannot be combined with available items when adding to cart
  3. Pre-order items can only be combined with other pre-order items*
    • *NOTE: if multiple pre-order items are in the same order, they will only ship when all items are available. Please check release date and place order accordingly.
  4. Pre-orders are charged immediately
  5. Release date is not received date. We will try our best to get it to you as close to release date as possible
    • We are very sensitive about breaking rules on street date. We usually ship pre-orders on or after release date. If pre-orders take more than 3 business days after release date to be shipped, you will be notified. Very rarely will you receive your pre-orders before or right on release date. We want to be very transparent about this. Feel free to reach out to us if you have additional questions regarding timing of shipment for pre-orders.
  6. Expected release dates can change. We’ll try our best to keep you informed.
  7. There are certain high demand products that may be subject to allocation and we end up with insufficient stock. This could be 1) we will receive additional stock at a later date or 2) no additional stock will be coming. You will receive notification if we are unable to fulfill your order due to allocations and you will receive your refund immediately.

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless errors were made;

  1. Orders may be canceled before they go into “shipped” status;
  2. Cancelations not initiated by us are subject to a 6% fee from the order total; this is due to the processing fee that is imposed on us
  3. Pre-orders may be canceled (please see pre-sales/pre-orders)
  4. Backorders may be canceled
  5. If you would like to cancel an order that has not entered “shipped” status, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

If your order was canceled, it could be one of these reasons:

  1. You initiated the cancelation and it was approved;
  2. Our system canceled your order possibly due to:
    • payment was declined
    • fraud prevention system flagged the order
  3. We manually canceled your order due to, but not limited to:
    • undeliverable or bad address (we usually reach out to you first);
    • payment method was flagged for manual review by our processor and we decided the order is at risk of fraud;
    • terms of service was breached;
    • fraudulent activities detected.
  4. We reserve all the rights to cancel orders to protect our best interests.

  1. Our card singles are always near mint to mint condition unless otherwise noted. They will mostly be fresh from pack to sleeve and never played with;
  2. To save time and resources, we will be using stock images for cards under $100.

We are collectors ourselves so we understand the importance of well-kept cards. We pride ourselves on the quality of our card singles.

  1. We price our products differently on 3rd party marketplaces to stay competitive.
  2. Most of the time, our prices on 3rd party marketplaces will be higher than prices on our site to account for the fees imposed.
  3. We do not offer price adjustments from products purchased from 3rd party marketplaces.

We do offer Reward Points from purchases on 3rd party marketplaces as a thank you for buying from us.

  1. Backorder is an order for a product that is not currently in stock;
  2. Products with backorder status are simply waiting for additional stock;
  3. Products with backorder status are guaranteed to be fulfilled;
  4. Estimated time to arrival is not available for backorder products, however, it’s usually 2-4 weeks;
  5. If products take longer than 4 weeks to arrive, you will be notified;
  6. Backorder is different than pre-order in that they are products already available but pending additional stock;
  7. We rarely offer backorders, only when we are absolutely certain we are able to get additional stock;
  8. Backorders may be canceled with a 6% cancelation fee.
  1. Promo codes can be used during the checkout process;
  2. Some promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with reward points;
  3. Some promo codes have restrictions and cannot be used with other codes;
  4. Promo codes can only be applied to products and not shipping cost;
  5. Where to find / obtain promo codes?
    • randomly inserted with your order(s)
    • randomly sent out via our email newsletter
    • from your awesome friends, most promo codes are shareable
    • randomly hidden throughout the site (we apologize for our sense of humor)
  6. Most promo codes have a usage limit of 1 per account;
  7. Abuse of promo codes will result in but not limited to:
    • Order(s) being canceled with a 6% fee;
    • Account suspension (short term) or blacklisted (permanent);
      • blacklist is an IP ban and you will not be able to access the site any longer
      • blacklist also applies to your address on file (because VPN)
